- 200mls coconut cream (fatty part)
- 1tbs tahini
- 1-2 tbs pea protein
- pinch himalayan salt
- handful blueberries
- handful strawberries
- handful ice
- 1 tbs chai seeds (topping)
You’ll love this if you’re a smoothie fan!
Start off by chilling a 400ml can of coconut cream in the freezer for 45 mins. This will separate the fatty component from the watery part. Add all the fatty component to the blender then add all the other ingredients and blitz for 20 secs. Top with some crunch, either buckwheat, chia or nuts…enjoy!
