So Good Smoothie
- 200mls coconut cream (nut milk if preferred)
- handful ice
- 1tbs tahini
- 1/2 avocado
- 1-2 tbs cocao
- 1tbs maca
- 1-2 tbs pea protein (mine was vanilla)
- pinch himalyan pink salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!
This is one smoothie that you guys NEED to try.
I threw in 1/4 banana just because it needed using up.
- Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 20 seconds – enjoy!!
- Top with a sprinkle of cocao nibs and cocao powder
