- 1 cup macademias
- 1/2 cup Brazil nuts
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 2 tbs cocao
- 1 tbs chia seeds
If you’ve ever read the label on a Nutella jar you’ll understand the need to make your own. This recipe is a sugar-free version and uses some nature’s superfood. Use as a spread or the foundation for smoothie or ice cream.
Throw all the ingredients into a blender and process for 1-2 minutes or until a smooth consistency has been achieved. Use activated nuts if you can or raw. Adjust the amount of cocao accordingly to your preference.
