Nourishing Smoothie

  • 200mls coconut cream or nut milk of your preference
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (extra for top)
  • 1-2 tbs pea protein
  • 2 tbs LSA
  • handful ice

Hello friends,

Just knocked up this smoothie after my workout, plenty of fats and some carbs from the banana – but above all it’s yum!!

Check it out:

  • Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 20 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency.
  • Dust with some extra cinnamon
