- 200mls coconut cream or nut milk of your preference
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tbs tahini
- 1 tsp cinnamon (extra for top)
- 1-2 tbs pea protein
- 2 tbs LSA
- handful ice
Just knocked up this smoothie after my workout, plenty of fats and some carbs from the banana – but above all it’s yum!!
Check it out:
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 20 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency.
- Dust with some extra cinnamon
