Mr Muscle Smoothie
- 200 mls coconut cream (nut milk if preferred)
- 1 tbs tahini
- 1-2 tbs pea protein (vanilla flavour)
- 1/4 banana
- 1 tbs MCT oil
- 1 tbs (more if desired) cocao
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- handful ice
- 1 tsp nuts/seeds/buckwheat/cocao nibs/chia?hemp seeds -toppings

Here’s how it rolled:
- Chuck all the ingredients into a blender and process for 10-15 secs or until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with some crunch (cocao nibs, nuts or hemp seeds)
