Choc Banana Smoothie
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1 tbs tahini
- 400mls coconut cream
- 1-2 tbs raw cocao (Nature's Way)
- 1 tbs protein powder (Nature's Way Pea Protein)
- handful ice
- sprinkle dessicated coconut
- sprinkle cocao nibs
Just whipped this up after the gym….I was going to save half but that idea went out the window after I tasted it..YUM! I topped mine with dessicated coconut and cocao nibs but you could try chia, berries, bee pollen or nuts.
Throw everything into a blender and process until smooth….add more ice for a thicker consistency.
