- 200mls coconut cream
- 1/3 banana (frozen)
- 1 tbs cocao
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
- pinch himalyan salt
- 1 tbs nut butter/tahini
- handful ice
Today was an absolute stinker in Sydney – the mercury hitting 40 degrees. In need of a cooling drink after training I made this smoothie.
Cocao is one the most richest sources of antioxidants and is packed with magnesium and iron – infact cocao has 30x more antioxidants than blueberries but that didn’t stop me adding blueberries to this recipe.
Simply stack all the ingredients in blender and blitz for 20 seconds or until all processed. Enjoy.
