- 1 tbs MCT oil or coconut oil
- 1-2 tbs pea protein (vanilla flavour)
- 1tbs tahini
- handful frozen raspberries
- 1 tbs chia seeds - topping

Here’s how it rolled:
- Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 10-20 secs or until smooth
- Add some crunchy topping – cocao nibs, chia or nuts
