Project Powerhouse Smoothie

  • 1 bunch Kale leaves
  • 4 leaves rainbow chard/collard greens
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 avo
  • 3 cups coconut/almond/cashew milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • handful ice

This recipe is the king of smoothie, packed full of vitamins and healthy fats.  Chuck everything in a blender and blitz for 20 seconds or until smooth.
