  • 200mls nut milk or coconut cream
  • 1tbs tahini
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs LSA
  • 1-2 tbs pea protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • handful ice
  • small handfuls chai seeds, cocao nibs & berries (topping)

Hope you’re having a great day.  Just got home from the gym and rustled up this smoothie recipe.  Now off to see the accountant..never much fun!

  • Throw everything into a blender and blitz for 20 seconds or until fully combined
  • Top with some texture – I chose chia seeds, cocao nibs and frozen blueberries
