Mr Muscle Smoothie

  • 200 mls coconut cream (nut milk if preferred)
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 1-2 tbs pea protein (vanilla flavour)
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1 tbs MCT oil
  • 1 tbs (more if desired) cocao
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • handful ice
  • 1 tsp nuts/seeds/buckwheat/cocao nibs/chia?hemp seeds -toppings

Here’s how it rolled:

  1. Chuck all the ingredients into a blender and process for 10-15 secs or until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with some crunch (cocao nibs, nuts or hemp seeds)
