Fat Bomb Smoothie

  • 250 coconut cream/nut milk
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 50 mls bone broth
  • 3-4 kale leaves
  • 1 sachet choc ketones
  • roughly 6 walnuts
  • 1 tbs toppings - coconut, petpitas, chia etc

Hello friends,

I wanted to share a smoothie recipe which has been a staple for the last few months….every morning it varies ever so slightly depending on ingredients on hand or what flavour i’m feeling but here is the foundation of my Fat Bomb Smoothie.

Here’s what you do:

  1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until the ice and the nuts have pulverized – 10-20 secs
  2. Pour into a glass and top with something crunchy – pepitas, chia etc
