Choc Banana Smoothie

  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 400mls coconut cream
  • 1-2 tbs raw cocao (Nature's Way)
  • 1 tbs protein powder (Nature's Way Pea Protein)
  • handful ice
  • sprinkle dessicated coconut
  • sprinkle cocao nibs

Just whipped this up after the gym….I was going to save half but that idea went out the window after I tasted it..YUM! I topped mine with dessicated coconut and cocao nibs but you could try chia, berries, bee pollen or nuts.

Throw everything into a blender and process until smooth….add more ice for a thicker consistency.
